Every day I try to stick to a pretty healthy plan. I like to wake up, make breakfast, work out, and drink a big glass of green juice before my day will start for good .
My Green Days
Drinking my greens is one of the best parts of my mornings, and I try to do it every day to get a big boost of energy.
I used to associate greens with bitterness, and this option was not very appealing for me until I have discovered that many green juices are also blended with a bit of fruit such as apple, pear or orange, along with flavorful ingredients including mint, lemon or ginger root.
One of the big reasons that helps me stay committed to juicing is that I find it be so much fun and creative 🙂 I am always so curious about the various combinations of raw vegetables and fruits that I am buying on the market – how will these taste together? I love inventing new tastes, coming up with ideas how to mix particular vegetables and what else to add.
I have also learned that not only will juicing facilitate weight loss, increased energy levels, strengthened immunity, strong bones and a glowing complexion, it may also reduce chances of heart disease, cancer and strokes, three of the leading causes of death.
So guys, this is pure healthiness! Go grab your green and… cheers!
